PJ Maa Partners is specialised in mergers and acquisitions as well as different types of ownership arrangements and business development.

Over the years, our experts have been involved in carrying out hundreds of M&As. Our expertise covers all forms of M&A such as business sales, fusions, demergers, business transfers and dissolutions. In M&A, we mainly act as the advisor of the seller but we can also act as the advisor of the buyer. Our mission is to understand the Finnish entrepreneur and with our expertise enable our customers to focus on their own core tasks and expertise. Our core principles are strict confidentiality, precision and high expertise.

In order to operate confidentially, we take care of the required documentation and contracts for our customers and potential third parties. We do not publicly announce our target companies in terms of sales nor purchases, however we serve our customers with a specified focus instead.

In relation to M&A and business development, we assist our customers in gathering the required funding package. We cooperate closely with several capital and private investors as well as the actors in the financing sector.

For development-oriented companies, we offer expert services for business development and growth and we are a service provider for Business Finland’s Innovation Voucher.

The history of our company began in the year 2000, when Pajamaa Partners Oy was established. As the company was split up in 2013, the name was changed to PJ Maa Partners Oy.
