Arttu has served as the lead advisor in dozens of M&A transactions on both sell-side and buy-side. His experience includes a wide range of transactions, from complex deals involving large international corporations and private equity investors to smaller local acquisitions.

His areas of expertise include managing M&A processes, commercial negotiations, complex financial matters, valuation advisory and cross-border transactions. Clients have particularly valued Arttu’s precise and results-oriented approach, as well as his ability to structure complex matters, make them clear and understandable, and drive them forward decisively.

Prior to his current role, Arttu worked for a major financial services group. Alongside advising clients on M&A transactions, he also serves as a board member in several SME companies. Arttu is also actively involved in the work of the Tampere Chamber of Commerce’s Finance Committee. Arttu holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with major in Accounting & Finance.

Aleksi serves as an M&A Manager at PJ Maa. He is a key member of the firm’s expert team specializing in mergers and acquisitions and ownership transition projects. Aleksi brings a highly analytical approach to all aspects of his work. His extensive expertise across corporate finance and financial management disciplines is a valuable asset that is leveraged broadly throughout the firm’s engagements. In addition to his involvement in M&A transactions, Aleksi is responsible at PJ Maa for corporate valuation assignments and for the development of valuation process.

Throughout his career, Aleksi has participated in a wide range of M&A and financing projects, both as a project lead and as a member of broader project teams. He possesses exceptional expertise in managing due diligence processes related to corporate transactions. Prior to joining PJ Maa, Aleksi gained diverse experience in wealth management and investment roles within the banking sector. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.

Laura is an M&A Manager at PJ Maa and a core member of the company’s M&A advisory team. She brings a comprehensive understanding of transaction structuring and execution across deal types, making her a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process. Her particular area of expertise lies in generational ownership transfers and the associated tax considerations.

Laura has advised on a significant number of transactions across both buy-side and sell-side mandates, and has been involved in financing transactions and consulting engagements covering pre-sale preparation and post-acquisition integration. She is well positioned to guide business owners through the full ownership transfer process. Laura holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in business law and tax law, and has prior professional background in the banking sector.

Jukka serves as an M&A Specialist at PJ Maa. He has been involved in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, advising both sellers and buyers throughout the process. Jukka has held a variety of roles across transactions in different industries, working both independently and as part of PJ Maa’s expert team. In addition to general M&A assignments, he has completed a large number of business valuations and participated in various corporate advisory and financing projects. In recent years, he has also gained experience from international transactions.

Prior to joining PJ Maa, Jukka gained broad experience in the banking sector, working in several roles related to corporate and private client financing. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Information Systems.

Janne has over twenty years of experience in executive positions in industry and commerce, both as a CEO and in operational management. He has board experience in both domestic and international environments. Janne has gained extensive experience from dozens of M&A projects, both as a buyer and as a business developer. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and has also completed the Certified Board Member (HHJ) qualification.
